To work with a health coach is to dive into your values and ideal self, zero in on what to prioritize first, and make achievable and adherable goals. The process includes preparing for potential barriers while creating alternative plans for days you falter (we are human!). The result is a more self-confident and thriving version of you.

My Story
For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been curious about human behavior and what makes us tick. When I studied psychology in college, I became better equipped to understand people and their values through active listening and motivational interviewing. However, I didn’t feel therapy was my true purpose, as I believe the whole person includes the mind, body, and soul.
When I lost my father after his 7-year battle with Cancer, my purpose became clear - help others with their health and wellness in a holistic way. Then when I found health coaching, I knew it would be the best way to accomplish my goal and help as many people as possible.
Though I’m new to health coaching, don’t take me lightly. The knowledge I’ve gained from previous jobs and education has provided me with the tools I need to be effective and efficient. My years in the service industry allowed me to practice building rapport with customers and demonstrated I could successfully communicate with every type of person. My other experience has proven my ability to reach some of the most stubborn people and motivate them to progress in a healthier direction.
